Rental Rates 2012

Villa Aglaia, rental villa near Gennadi, Rhodes.

• A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
• We will hold your booking for 3 days to enable you to book your flights.
• The final payment is due 8 weeks before departure.
• A security bond of £150 is payable at the time of final payment.
  This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure after inspection and providing no damage has occurred.

• No groups of under 25's.
• Strictly no smoking.

• Changeover days can be flexible to suit your incoming flights subject to villa availability.
• Arrival time from 16.00 onwards.
• The villa must be vacated by 11.00am.
• Other dates are possible by arrangement.

Welcome:
A welcome pack of water, fruit juice, coffee, tea, sugar, bread, butter, eggs, preserve, biscuits, ham, cheese, crackers and a bottle of wine is provided free of charge. Bed linen is provided but not beach towels.

The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival. The bed linen and towels are changed weekly with the weekly clean. A call-out service is available and additional cleaning or linen changes may be requested and are charged locally. There is an emergency first aid pack, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher.

A guide to the villa's facilities and also to the local area is provided.

Rhodes enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year. Officially it is the sunniest place in Europe. This climate together with its natural beauty and significant history makes this lovely island so very special..
