Downstairs the accommodation comprises a comfortable furnished living area with a large corner sofa, TV/DVD/games console all overlooked by a magnificent fireplace. Patio doors lead directly to the garden and pool.

There is excellent 4G reception.  We have a small library of DVD's and children's video games, novels and a selection of family board games.

The dining area is furnished with an extendable table and 6 chairs. Patio doors lead directly to the garden and pool.

By the front door there is a convenient cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

The fully equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, built-in oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses to cater for 6.

Patio doors lead directly to the patio and BBQ.

Up the marble staircase there are 3 bedrooms designed to sleep 5/6 people.

The en-suite Master bedroom has a shower/WC/washbasin with mirror over plus double bed, bedside cabinets good storage space and a TV with DVD.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedside cabinets plus extensive storage space.

Bedroom 3 has a large single bed plus extra mattress, bedside cabinet and extensive wardrobes.

All bedrooms are South facing for all day sun and have their own sea view balcony. Each bedroom has a remote controlled air conditioning unit.

The large tiled main bathroom has a full size bath, integral shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with a medicine cabinet and mirror over.

Outside is a delightful lawned garden with oleander and sweet smelling lavender plants also there is a young orange tree outside the kitchen window. Two flourishing scarlet bougainvillea climb up the posts of the pergola. The garden has an automatic watering system.

There is a large traditional Greek barbecue and a private plunge pool.  The pool is cleaned three times a week throughout the season. On the lawns there are sun loungers, small tables, a large umbrella and plenty of room to sun bathe.

The property is surrounded by low walls on three sides and there is a traditional stone seating bench at the front of the house. The front garden has a variety of aromatic Greek herbs and Mediterranean cactus plants.

The Greek barbecue is set in the garden near the outdoor eating area which is on the shady patio leading out from the kitchen. This enables you to take full advantage of the wonderful outdoor living available in summer in Greece. There is an outdoor table and chairs and the kitchen has an additional small fridge covenant for drinks.
