Downstairs:
Downstairs the accommodation comprises a comfortable furnished living area with a large corner sofa, TV/DVD/games console all overlooked by a magnificent fireplace.

 We have a small library of DVD's and children's video games, novels and a selection of family board games.
The dining area is furnished with an extendable table and 6 chairs.
By the front door there is a convenient cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen:
 The fully equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, built-in oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses to cater for 6.

Bedrooms:
Up the marble staircase there are 3 bedrooms designed to sleep 5/6 people. The en-suite Master bedroom has a shower/WC/washbasin with mirror over plus double bed, bedside cabinets good storage space and a TV with DVD. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedside cabinets plus extensive storage space. Bedroom 3 has a large single bed plus extra mattress, bedside cabinet and extensive wardrobes. Bedrooms are South facing for all day sun and have their own sea view balcony. Each bedroom has a remote controlled air conditioning unit.

The large tiled main bathroom has a full size bath, integral shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with a medicine cabinet and mirror over.

Patio / Pool / Garden:
 Outside is a lawned garden with young fruit trees which will produce oranges, lemons and bananas. There are flowering plants and bushes. The garden has an automatic watering system. There is a large traditional Greek BBQ and a private plunge pool. The pool is cleaned 3 times a week throughout the season. On the lawns there are sun-loungers and plenty of room to sun-bathe.
The property is surrounded by low walls on 3 sides. There is a pergola over the car parking area by the front door with a bougainvillea climber on it.
The Greek BBQ is set in the garden near the outdoor eating area which is on the shady patio leading out from the kitchen. This enables you to take full advantage of the wonderful out-door living available in summer in Greece. There is an outdoor table and chairs and fridge for drinks.
